everything was perfect, excellent location near the lake and the mountain with quiet nature, and many excellent restaurant and facilities, such wonderful experience.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Warm and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, modern and comfortable rooms, beautiful outdoor pool, great views of the lake and mountains.

Cozy bed, large bathroom and satellite TV, central heating, and an individual safe in the room. Amazing view overlooking the lake. Free parking onsite provided. The pool was well-maintained, good after a tiring day.

The staff here are very attentive and polite, always with a smile on their faces.

Gorgeous and incredibly beautiful hotel located just off the restaurant as well as open wild flower meadows. New-fashioned rooms with a cozy bed, wonderful stay! Very friendly and attentive staff with great local knowledge. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Had magnificent and unbeatable location right on the lakeside, walking distance from Planberglift.

We enjoyed the clean rooms with cozy beds in this hotel. The breakfast was complete with fresh juice and tasty options. The staff was friendly, and the hotel facilities were great. the location offered beautiful views of open wildflower meadows and was easily accessible by public transportation.

Nothing to dislike.

Although our room wasn't right on the lakeside, the view from the balcony was lovely. the bathroom was clean, and the staff provided decent service. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was tasty with fresh orange juice. the pool was great, and fresh water was available but with reduced use of plastic packaging. this hotel had a lot of facilities and room advantages.

There was no porter available to help with our luggage.

The room was also very comfortable and modern, providing a relaxing environment.

That there was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room, which would have been more convenient. However, the lobby offers coffee for purchase and tea can be found for free in the spa area.

The lack of a kettle and coffee/tea in the room was inconvenient. the outdoor pool was not heated, making it too cold to enjoy during the cooler months.

The spa and pool area provided ultimate relaxation after a long hike, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The friendly staff were great too ensure a great stay, providing recommendations for local restaurants and activities. With so many outdoor activities nearby, I'll definitely return to this really good place. I highly recommend it!

The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, with a variety of saunas and a heated swimming pool that was a pure indulgence. The hotel's attention to detail and dedication to providing a comfortable and relaxing experience really stood out to me.
